Robot Retro is the trading name of FDC Services Limited and is the manufacturer of the products sold under the Robot Retro brand and is responsible for their design, manufacture and applicable product compliance requirements.

OpenPandora GmbH acts as the EU Responsible Person for Robot Retro products placed on the European Union market.
The EU Responsible Person may be contacted regarding product safety and regulatory matters and will cooperate with EU market-surveillance authorities where required. Product-related enquiries will normally be referred to Robot Retro for response.
Product Compliance
Robot Retro products are designed and manufactured to comply with the applicable legislation and standards relevant to their intended use and the markets in which they are sold.
Where applicable, products placed on the European Union market carry the CE marking and are supported by the relevant Declaration of Conformity and technical documentation.
Applicable product documentation may include:

Child Safety
Robot Retro products are primarily intended for use by adults and/or by persons with appropriate technical knowledge, depending on the individual product.
Unless a product is specifically identified as being suitable for children, Robot Retro products are not toys and are not intended for use by young children.
Products may contain small parts, electronic components, connectors, wires, batteries or other components that may present a risk if handled incorrectly.
- Keep loose components and small parts away from young children.
- Do not allow children to disassemble, modify or install electronic components.
- Keep batteries and battery-powered components away from children.
- Do not allow children to handle damaged, leaking, swollen or otherwise defective batteries.
- Packaging materials, including plastic bags, should be kept away from young children due to the risk of suffocation.
- Products requiring soldering, modification or installation inside electronic equipment must only be installed by a suitably competent adult.
- Children should only use a completed product where the original product manufacturer has identified it as suitable for their age and use.
Where a product has specific age restrictions or child-safety warnings, these will be stated on the relevant product page, packaging and/or supplied documentation.
Product Safety
Products must only be used for their intended purpose and in accordance with the supplied instructions and safety information.
Users should ensure that products are installed, modified and operated only as described in the relevant product documentation. Where a product is intended for installation inside existing electronic equipment, installation should only be undertaken by persons with appropriate technical knowledge and skills.
Do not use a product if it appears damaged, modified or defective.

Batteries and Battery-Powered Products
Products containing rechargeable batteries must be handled and used in accordance with the applicable product instructions.
Do not:
- Short-circuit battery terminals.
- Crush, puncture or disassemble batteries.
- Expose batteries to excessive heat or fire.
- Use batteries that are damaged, swollen or leaking.
- Attempt to recharge batteries using equipment that is not specified or approved for the product.
Keep batteries away from children and dispose of batteries in accordance with applicable local recycling and disposal requirements.
Product Identification and Traceability
Robot Retro maintains product information and technical documentation to support the identification, traceability and safety of its products.
Where applicable, product packaging, labels or documentation may contain product identifiers, model numbers, batch information or other traceability information.
Regulatory Enquiries
For questions concerning the safety, compliance or regulatory status of a Robot Retro product, please contact Robot Retro. For matters concerning the EU Responsible Person, please contact OpenPandora GmbH.
Robot Retro will cooperate with relevant authorities and take appropriate corrective action where a product safety issue is identified.
